Full Restoration
In addition to maintenance and repairs of your car, we also carry out complete A to Z restorations. The car is completely dismantled, after which the various parts such as engine, gearbox, suspension, etc. are fully inspected and overhauled. The bodywork is stripped of its paint and fully inspected. After this, all damaged panels are carefully removed and replaced with new panels that are then welded in with the greatest precision. The interior will also be completely stripped and renovated. The seats are provided with new fillings and spring boxes if necessary. The carpet and interior components will also be overhauled. All this to get the car back into its original condition.
Front axle
The front axle is completely disassembled. Wear parts such as steering knuckles, ball joints, rubber parts, shock absorbers, etc. are replaced after inspection. The braking system is also thoroughly checked and renewed. The individual parts are blasted, polished and then painted or yellow plated.
Rear axle
After a thorough inspection of the rear axle, we will replace wear parts such as bearings, mounting rubbers, shock absorbers, etc. The bearings of the differential and the drive shafts are replaced together with the oil seals. The differential is thoroughly examined for wear and excessive play.
The axle is painted and certain parts are yellow plated to restore the axle to the way it used to come from the factory.
The braking system is also overhauled. For example, the brake calipers are overhauled or, if it is a rear axle with brake pumps, they are replaced by new ones. The fixed brake lines and flexible brake lines are also replaced if necessary.

Gearbox
The manual gearbox is completely disassembled. All gears and bearings are thoroughly inspected and replaced if not approved. The bearings and seals are replaced. The clutch mechanism is also thoroughly checked for play and wear.
In addition to the gearbox, we also check the shifting mechanism. We often see that the rubber/plastic bushings have worn out after all this time or are completely gone, causing a lot of play in the shifting mechanism. This may cause the gearbox to be difficult to shift into gear. These parts are therefore replaced.
